Wonderful white peach and tropical fruits bursting on the nose, hints of fresh cut grass abounding. Has ripe fruits of pineapple and gooseberry on the palate, showing great all-round mouthfeel and length, thanks to the splash of Semillon.

Machine harvested Sauvignon Blanc. Pressings were fined and blended back into Free Run juice prior to ferment. Yeast selection and temperature control during ferment were utilised to create a texture driven wine. In addition, 3 months extended lees contact has further added to the textual component of this wine. 4% Semillon included in the final blend.
