Order Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Express Shipping

We currently do not offer express shipping. However, if you need your delivery urgently, please contact us at orders@thebevco.com.au, and we’ll do our best to explore alternative shipping options for you.

Delayed Orders

Delivery time estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date your order is placed.

Please note:

1.      Delivery estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude public holidays.

2.      Our carriers may leave a delivery notice instead of your parcel if:

a.        No clear delivery instructions authorise them to leave it in a safe place.

b.        Someone is home but unable to provide proof of age.

c.        The driver is concerned that minors are present in the vicinity.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

The Beverage Company supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is illegal to sell, supply, or obtain alcohol for anyone under 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm you are over 18. Age verification is required for delivery.

Delivery Partners

We work with major carriers and local courier partners to deliver your orders. The shipping carrier is selected based on your location.

Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you have trouble locating your tracking information or parcel, contact us at orders@swiftandmoore.com.au for assistance.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within Australia.
