Returns
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:
- Item/s not in their original condition, or that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt of the item/s and advise you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Bank Account: Verify your account to ensure the refund hasn’t already been processed.
- Contact Your Credit Card Provider: Refunds may take some time to officially post to your account.
- Contact Your Bank: Processing times can vary, and delays are sometimes possible.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. Should you need to exchange any items for the same product, please send us an email to info@thebevco.com.au to initiate the exchange process and then ship the items to the following address:

Gifts
- Gift Purchases: If the items were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned items are received, we will mail you a gift certificate for the credited amount.
- Non-Gift Purchases: If the items were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, any refund will be issued to the gift giver. This means they will be informed of your return.

Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Delivery Times for Exchanges
The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
Shipping Recommendations
- For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned items without a tracking number.
