AROMA Lemon pith, yellow grapefruit and citrus blossom emanate throughout the aroma.

PALATE Fresh quince, almond nougat and refreshing acid on the palate.

VINEYARD Hand picked Chardonnay from multiple estate grown blocks.

MATURATION A small percentage of reserve base wine was added during the assemblage stage to add further layering and complexity. Tank fermentation enabled the creation of the bubbles, which will help preserve the wine for a minimum of 24 months.
