Lifted lime and citrus with brioche on the nose, with a palate of white nectarine and crème brulee with a layered fine line of classy French oak. Barrel fermented with wild yeast. Sourced from select Single Vineyard site in Metricup, Margaret River, hand harvested and chilled, whole bunch pressed straight to new and seasoned French oak. 9 months in barrel with regular batonage. This wine is classy and powerful. Margaret River Chardonnay at its finest.
