A premium selection of hand-picked Margaret River Shiraz was cold soaked and naturally fermented on skins with 15 months maturation in French Oak Barriques. A small quantity of these barriques were chosen to become this super premium Shiraz from a very special vintage.
Bright ruby red in colour, with a black/purple interior. Vibrant, perfumed nose of red cherries with hints of eucalyptus and sweet spice. Plenty of ripe forest fruits, with hints of eucalyptus, cherries, sweet spice and Christmas pudding. Enjoy now, or cellar for up to 20 years to promote increased complexity and secondary oak development.
