Terroir: Vineyards spread over both the Barossa Valley and Eden Valley. The Eden Valley vineyards have higher altitudes, typically rockier and less fertile soils than the Barossa Valley vineyards. Barossa Valley soils are typically more fertile with better water retention properties
Ageing: Picked, crushed and de-stemmed into a fermenter for seven days, the ferment is pumped over twice daily to maximise colour and flavour extraction from the fruit. Filled to approximately 40% new French oak for up to 18 months
