bursting with vibrant aromas of mulberry, black cherries and violets; there’s also hints of
cedar, mocha and pepper. This is packed with up-front juicy fruit, while
silky tannins add just a touch of texture to the finish. Delicious drinking and a perfect
food wine; it’s the best damn Pizza wine going around!
Fruit from elevated deep duplex gravel soils, well drained on the top of the hill. De-stemmed whole berries, whole berries carefully transferred and fermented in small
open bins. Daily hand-plunged, gently pressed and matured in seasoned barriques.
