2021 Sunset White
Estate-grown Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, planted across 1996 and 1997. We sourced Semillon from the Two People’s Bay vineyard in Nanarup.
A light-hearted wine with aromas of rock melon, the palate of ripe nectarine with subtle herbaceous notes. The rich and juicy palate has balanced sweetness, and the natural acidity ensures the finish is crisp and clean.
60% Sauvignon Blanc, 24% Chardonnay and 16% Semillon. Consisting primarily of the medium pressing fractions, the juice was blended before undergoing a cool ferment in stainless steel. The ferment was stopped early to retain natural residual sugar.
