Ingredients

40mL WhistlePig Piggyback 6 yo Bourbon

10mL Haiver Coffee Liqueur

15mL Grand Marnier

40mL Cold Brew Coffee

15mL Coconut Milk & Vanilla infused Maple Syrup

Caramelised White Chocolate and 3 coffee beans to Garnish

 

Method

Add all the ingredients to a shaker.

Fill the shaker with cubed ice.

Seal the shaker and shake vigorously until the cocktail is combined and chilled.

Strain the cocktail through a fine strainer into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish by grating Caramelised White Chocolate over the cocktail and floating 3 coffee beans.
