Ingredients
90ml Four Fox Sake
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
20ml Elderflower Syrup
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
20ml Elderflower Syrup
10ml Simple Syrup
1 Whole Cucumber
1 Whole Cucumber
Handful Mint Leaves
Method
Place mint leaves and sliced cucumber into shaker, muddle well. Add rest of the ingredients with ice into shaker. Shake and double strain. Top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig.
