WAGF Wine of the Year Finalist 2020 | Semillon done properly, with a partial barrel
ferment to provide a smidgeon of French oak influence drawing out further complexity.
Wonderful lifted aromas of white peach and jasmine flowers, with characters of lemon,
lime and vanilla bean. A wine which will drink young and racy but handle some time
in bottle over the next couple of years, if you wait that long!
The fruit is sourced from quite possibly one of the best vineyards for Semillon in
Margaret River, employing dynamic vinicultural practices, the fruit is clean, crisp
and harvested early to retain acidity and drive.
